Pet Health and Wellness App
Pet owners today treat their furry friends like family, but managing their health still feels fragmented. Missed vaccinations, unclear symptom tracking, and last-minute vet scrambles are common. Our client envisioned a centralised wellness app that could help pet parents stay on top of care routines, track symptoms, and proactively engage with vets, without the friction.
Key Modules
- Pet Profile Dashboard: Central hub for vaccinations, allergies, diet, and vet records
- Smart Reminders: Automated nudges for medications, deworming, vet follow-ups
- Symptom Tracker: Easy logging for appetite, mood, sleep, stool, and more
- AI Triage Assistant: Powered by LLMs, suggests whether a vet visit is urgent based on symptoms
- One-Tap Vet Booking: Integrated with local vet clinics and emergency care
- Wearable Integration: Syncs with pet health trackers (BLE-based collars) for step count, heart rate, and rest
We followed an agile design sprint model to validate every major UX decision with real pet parents and stakeholders.
UX and Visual Language
We crafted a UI that was playful, calming, and trustworth, think soft pastels, rounded shapes, and intuitive navigation.
Each screen was built with:
- Micro interactions that reward completion (e.g. "Paw-five! You logged your walk!")
- Dual-mode UX for both Pet Parents and Vets.
- Dual-mode Color Dark and Light mode for various user groups
- Multiple Pet Support seamless toggling, no duplicated screens
